A complete and accurate translation of the document, accompanied by a signed statement from the translator certifying that they are competent in both languages and that the translation is accurate.
Does it work for USCIS?
Yes. USCIS requires every foreign-language document to be accompanied by a full English translation and the translator’s certification of competence and accuracy (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)). Our translations include that certification.
How much does it cost?
$19.99 per page, no word counting. We show you the exact total before you pay. The front and back of an ID card or license count as a single page.
How long does it take?
Usually about 24 hours from payment.
Can I take photos with my phone?
Yes. Take the photo in good light with the whole document visible. We build the PDF.
How do I receive the translation?
We email you a private link to download each document as a PDF. If you need a physical copy, email us and we will arrange shipping.
What if there is an error?
You have 15 days from your first download to review your translation and ask us for corrections at no cost. Translation errors against the original are corrected at no cost even after that period. If the document you sent is not legible, we ask you for a better one before translating.
How is the translation verified?
The translation carries the official translator’s signature and certification, plus a verification QR code that works online for 4 months from issuance. After that, the receiving institution can request verification directly. Download and keep your PDF.
Are my documents safe?
Yes. Each order opens only with a private link, files are stored encrypted, and they are deleted 4 months after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
